Based in Melbourne, ex-research academic of various stripes, and currently on the other side of the academic fence as a research grant developer.

I’m still wearing the convenor’s hat for the Asian Australian Studies Research Network, and was recently on the organising committees for AAI 4 (4th Biennial AASRN conference; University of Melbourne) and AAFF (Asian Australian Film Forum, Melbourne).

With my colleague, Jonathan O’Donnell, I created and contribute to The Research Whisperer.
